Who’s whole life is this?

This is Caroline. The author of The Half Truth of a Whole Life.

I tried to think of the things that I always want to know about people when I go to the “about me” pages on blogs so that I could craft an engaging one for you. Here’s what I’ve got:

No, I do not have an obvious deformations.

Yes, I am from Texas.

I live in Boston. In the Back Bay.

I am married.

I do not have children.

I have a cat. His name is Stuart and he is very popular on the blog. (Second to the hubs. The hubs gets amazing traffic.)

I’m not a hottie.

I do have a legit day job. Like, I actually get paid.

Yes, my self confidence is directly correlated to readership and comments.

No, I have not written a book.

Yes, I’m accepting donations and free cool stuff.

No, I don’t have (severe) Daddy issues.

Yes, I (mostly) get along with my mother.

No, the people who are written about to not get offended. And if they are getting offended, they are smart enough not to tell me.

If you’d like to start a conversation or try to be real friends, or if you’re just one of those people who feels kinship with internet folks, you can email me at linabeau@gmail.com.

A late entry into “Ask Carline Wednesday”…or I am 7 days early for next week….

I have heard humans are motivated by two things: fear or greed. End of story.

But, I feel that some people operate under the true motivation of: “because it is the right thing to do…”

Everyday I meet people that fit both theories.

My question: Why aren’t there more people in the world that fit the latter?

You had me at “I’m from Texas.”
Actually, you had me at the frothy comment you left on another blog (EofS)and I followed you forthwith.

All that boobage from the Pill? Huh. It has given me boob-size zits, but nothing like the real dealz….

Love your commentary. ‘Tis good and engaging.
Cheers from a Texan in Brazil.
