		<description>Sean and I had an equally if not more frustrating experience. We missed our connection bc we were delayed out of nantucket. It was their last flight to pburgh at 4PM. In the past, when I flew delta or USAIR, they would have put me on another flight on another airline regardless if they had contracts with them or not to get us home that night if another airline had the same leg. Nope not jetblue. And sean had to be in surgery at 6am the following morning. Without the help of any service from jetblue, we had to buy a last minute flight on USAIR. Jetblue is on my hater list. boo</description>
